I am a dedicated and detail-oriented HR professional with a strong academic background and over a decade of experience in the education sector. I hold a PhD in Management along with an MBA in HR and Marketing. My professional journey includes hands-on HR experience and several years of administrative and academic responsibilities in higher education institutions.
Having worked closely with faculty, students, and administrative teams, I bring a solid understanding of institutional policies, compliance requirements (including KHDA regulations), and effective people management. I am currently based in the UAE and seeking to contribute my HR knowledge and education-sector expertise in a dynamic school environment.
