About Me
I’m a seasoned HR professional with 19+ years of experience across HR operations, talent strategy, performance management, and employee relations where I’ve led HR transformations in large, diverse organizations. I’ve spent most of my career partnering closely with business leaders to build scalable HR frameworks focusing on talent management, performance systems, compensation design, employee relations, and compliance.
In my most recent role as SVP – HR at SitusAMC, I led the HR function for their Indian entity, and worked closely with global COEs on key initiatives. Earlier in my career, I worked with organizations like Thomas Cook and Altisource, where I strengthened HR governance, automation, and performance frameworks.
I am known for being strategic, execution-focused, and collaborative, and I’m now looking to leverage my experience to add value to an organization and drive impact.
