I’m Swathi Mansabdar, Chartered Accountant with nearly 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance and Taxation.
My recent position was Finance Manager at an Indian Non-Banking Finance Company.
My experience in finance field for the past 5 years:
-Performing periodic book closures.
-Preparing standalone and consolidated financial statements along with related workings.
-Preparing financial reports to support executive decision-making.
-Ensuring statutory, regulatory and investor compliance.
-Preparing and presenting Management Information System (MIS) reports.
-Coordinating with auditors for audit completion.
-Coordinating with bankers for all the financial transactions.
-Preparing and reviewing corporate tax computations and tax returns.
-Analysing accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).
-Preparing budgets and forecasts.
I am actively expanding my knowledge of IFRS and regulations of the country.
