About Me
HR professional with hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations across construction, healthcare staffing, and hospitality sectors. Currently pursuing M.Sc. Human Resource Development (Psychology) from the University of Madras, Chennai, combining academic depth with real-world HR exposure.
During my Talent Acquisition internship with Larsen and Toubro Construction — Buildings and Factories Division, I sourced 100+ candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Skima AI, scheduled 75+ technical interviews across 10+ specialised roles including BIM Modelers, MEP Engineers, CFD Engineers, and Architects, and contributed to 30+ successful placements for large-scale infrastructure projects. I also participated in Management Review Meetings for manpower planning, gained SAP HR exposure, and supported Training Need Analysis initiatives.
Prior to this, I worked as a Junior HR Executive at Asta Crs Inc, managing end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and workforce reporting for W-2 employees and 1099 independent contractors. I also completed an HR internship at Greenpark Hotels and Resorts, where I supported recruitment, onboarding, HRMS data entry, PF and ESI compliance, and employee engagement activities.
