I am Stephen Koyoo, a dedicated professional with a strong background in data management, monitoring, and evaluation, as well as project coordination. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with IT from Maseno University and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Valar Institute. My career spans several years of experience in roles such as Data Manager and M&E Officer, where I have excelled in managing USAID-funded projects and implementing impactful solutions.
I am passionate about using data-driven insights to optimize program outcomes and ensure accountability in development initiatives. My expertise includes using reporting tools like MOH 731, Kenya EMR, and CPIMS, as well as providing training to teams on data management best practices. Beyond technical skills, I bring strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities that have enabled me to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
In addition to my professional pursuits, I am adventurous, enjoy cooking and hiking, and value moments of peace that balance my active lifestyle. These qualities allow me to approach challenges with creativity and resilience, making me an asset to dynamic and results-driven teams.
