I have a diverse background in disaster management, occupational health and safety, and digital marketing, all of which have shaped me into a well-rounded professional. I've had the opportunity to work with Kenya Red Cross as an office administrator, where I gained valuable experience in both administrative tasks and disaster management.Additionally, I have one year of experience as a call center agent, which honed my communication skills and taught me how to efficiently handle customer inquiries and resolve issues. My experience also extends to selling SIM cards with the Telecommunication of Kenya for eight months, which gave me insights into sales and customer service.I hold diplomas in disaster management, occupational health and safety measures, digital marketing and virtual assistance, and first aid management. I also completed the Ajira Digital training in June 2024, which equipped me with the necessary skills to thrive in the digital workspace.What sets me apart is my ability to combine my technical knowledge with practical experience in both disaster management and customer service.
