I have exposure to recruitment activities through campus hiring during my college period, where I assisted in coordinating interviews and candidate selection processes. In my professional role within a multinational company, I also supported HR operations where the HR department handled recruitment requirements for multiple countries, including coordination with international hiring needs, screening candidates, and managing documentation. While my experience is not exclusively in international student recruitment or higher education marketing, I have strong exposure to recruitment processes, stakeholder coordination, and candidate management in a multi-country environment.
