About Me
I am Shady Mahmoud Elkholy, an experienced IT Support Engineer and Web Developer with a strong technical foundation and a passion for solving complex challenges. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Computing from the Arab Open University in Egypt and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Open University in England, both awarded in 2022.
During my tenure at the Egyptian Armed Forces, I successfully led critical IT infrastructure projects, including implementing disaster recovery plans, managing data migrations, and enhancing cybersecurity protocols. Additionally, my experience as a Web Developer at Arabic Localizer allowed me to hone my skills in developing scalable, high-performing web applications.
My technical expertise includes a wide array of programming languages like Python, Java, PHP, and SQL, alongside frameworks such as Laravel, Flask, and Node.js. I am proficient in cloud solutions and have demonstrated success in improving operational efficiencies through technology.
Currently based in Dubai, UAE, I am available for immediate hire and am eager to bring my skills to new challenges in IT support or related fields.
