I have over five years of experience managing and reviewing international shipping and logistics documentation, with extensive hands-on experience in Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, Certificates of Origin, and customs clearance documentation. In my current role as a Supply Chain Officer for an EPC company, I thoroughly review shipping documents to ensure they are accurate, complete, and consistent with purchase orders, commercial terms, and regulatory requirements before cargo is shipped or submitted for customs clearance. I work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, inspection agencies, and clearing agents to resolve documentation discrepancies promptly, preventing clearance delays and ensuring smooth cargo movement. I also maintain inventory records in SAP and Zoho ERP, process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), reconcile inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate inventory data to support procurement, project execution, and operational efficiency.
