I am Ronoh Kipngetich Granton, a CPA finalist with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Multimedia University of Kenya. I have extensive experience in loan verification, debt collection, and financial compliance, currently serving as a Team Leader in charge of Collections and Loan Verification at 4G Capital Limited since November 2020.
In my role, I oversee loan verification, compliance, and overdue loan accounts, escalate non-compliant cases to recovery agents, and support financial literacy and repayment guidance. I successfully initiated a penalty waiver campaign that improved collections rates from 93% to 95
