I have over 6 years of experience in human resources operations, recruitment support, employee relations, payroll coordination, and office administration across UAE based organizations, I bring a strong understanding of HR processes and compliance within fast paced work environments.
In my current role as an HR Officer, I manage end to end recruitment activities, employee onboarding, HR documentation, attendance and payroll coordination, and employee relations while ensuring adherence to UAE labor laws and company policies. I have hands-on experience supporting ERP and HRIS systems, maintaining confidential employee records, and coordinating training and performance monitoring initiatives. My background has strengthened my ability to handle sensitive matters professionally while supporting both employees and management.
