I have a total of 5 years of professional experience, including 3 years in Operations in India and 2 years as an HR Operations Executive in Dubai, UAE.
In my current role as an HR Operations Executive, I have gained hands-on experience in:
Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
Coordinating employee relations and HR activities
Supporting payroll and attendance management
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Managing visa processes, renewals, cancellations, and employee documentation
Coordinating employee benefits, insurance, and administrative activities
Coming to my educational background, I hold an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources (2014–2016). Additionally, I have completed KHDA certifications in CHRM and CHRP, UAE Labour Laws, Psychology and Sociology of Human Behaviour Training, Power BI, and SAP HCM on S/4HANA.
I will be serving my notice period from 1 July 2026 to 30 July 2026.
I will be available to join from 5th August 2026 onwards.
Currently, I am holding an employment visa, which is scheduled to be cancelled in July 2026.
