About Me
I have a bachelor’s degree in business information technology with 9 years’ experience in Inventory Management, Information Technology, Vehicle Tracking, Logistics Management, Fuel Monitoring and Fleet Management as a Control Room Operator and System Administrator. Also Experienced in Customer Care Service, Fire and Safety Management.
I am currently working as an Operations Supervisor at Tracking Hub Limited. I am tasked with facilitating day -day activities to keep the organizational processes flowing smoothly and effectively and ensure that the SLA set for resolving tickets is followed by ensuring tasks are closed on time. Also cornered with ensuring that the devices and stock are well maintained plus fleet management of the company.
In charge of ensuring that all vehicles are tracking real time and working together with the Call center to ensure emergencies are handled and customers issues are resolved on time
Other responsibilities include supervising technicians and organizing their training, effective monitoring of the company’s motor assets and generating informative reports to aid in management decision making. I also ensure that the Quality Control of all the tasks that are done. I have been able to come up with processes that have made operations run smoothly and become productive.
