I am a Human Resource Professional with over 8 years’ experience, having grown my career in Human Resource, administrative and operational support functions.
Some of my professional highlights include the following:
Experience in coordinating employee recruitment including compiling available vacancies, preparing interviews, sitting on the interview panel, and on-boarding new employees.
Personnel records management, with the update of employee records in addition to filing of staff records.
Expertise in administering employee benefits scheme for 500 organizational staff.
HR Background, evidenced by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Major in Human Resource Management, and Associate Membership to the Institute of Human Resource Management.
