I have a good understanding and work experience of effectively working in a complex organization, being a smart negotiator and able to build strong relationships and cementing credibility to promote the goods and service of the organization. I have experience in service development research, Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relations while sourcing advertising opportunities, administration methodologies and instilling a commitment to the vision of compliance to standards and excellence of the company.
I have professionally carried out my duties.The knowledge skills and experience acquired over the years have enabled me to learn what it takes to ensure compliance to ensure quality delivery of service along all customer touch points based on designed KP I's and excellence of the organization.
My ability goes beyond preparation of a timely report and returns to ensuring optimal procedures, operations and systems are in place as well as continually monitoring and managing the average set.
I'm an effective communicator with sound report preparation skills and conducting presentations on key issues.
