within your organisation. With hands-on experience across retail banking, customer relationship management,
accounts and insurance administration, I am confident in my ability to contribute to a customer-focused, detaildriven team in the UAE.
In my current role as Customer Service Executive at Canara Bank, I handle daily banking transactions, account
opening, KYC verification and Customer Due Diligence in line with regulatory requirements, while maintaining
accurate customer documentation and resolving queries with discretion and professionalism. Prior to this, as an
Accounts Assistant at VR Associates Tax Consultants, I managed accounts payable, invoice verification, bank
reconciliation and cash transactions, alongside end-to-end insurance policy administration — from issuance and
renewals to endorsements and customer coordination with insurers.
These roles have given me a well-rounded foundation in financial documentation, compliance, and customer
service, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately in fast-paced, deadline-driven
environments. I bring strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a methodical approach to recordkeeping and administrative support, all of which I would welcome the opportunity to bring to your team.
I hold a Master of Commerce and Bachelor of Commerce from Mangalore University, and I am currently based in
Dubai on a Visit Visa, available to join immediately and open to discussing visa sponsorship as part of any offer.
