coursework in social work, communication skills, and interpersonal communication. These
studies have equipped me with valuable skills for understanding and engaging with diverse
communities.Additionally, my experience at Equity Bank, where I worked as both a Digital
Sales Representative and an SME Officer, has allowed me to develop strong skills in
relationship-building, needs assessment, and solution-driven support-qualities that align well
with the role of a Bancassurance.
