Manage the access of vehicles to the compound ensuring proper inspection is complete.
Prevent visitors who are carrying weapons from entering the compound.
Inspect all incoming mail and packages and report immediately to the guard supervisor any suspicious package, bags, or envelopes.
Direct visitors to register their details upon entering the compound.
Deal politely and professionally with visitors, staff, and colleagues.
Report for duties in accordance with the duty roster on round clock basis
Patrol the compound ensuring the safety and security of the offices, equipment, vehicles, and staff.
On night shift, ensure the office premises, equipment and vehicle are secured and security lights are switched on.
Ensure that non-staff personal are not admitted to the Office at any time unless clearance is provided by the specific staff.
Work alternatively night and day shifts according to schedule if required.
Immediately advice management of any suspicious activity or any event that represents a security risk to staff, equipment, vehicles, or compound.
Provides leave relief as required for his/her counterpart at SCAs management office.
Monitor all compounds through CCTV and report any suspicious activity to the supervisor, misconnection, and misrecord.
Perform any other tasks and duties within the field of his/her competency as assigned.

Provides supervisory support to the guards based on rotational rosters (shifts bases).
Prepares the monthly duty roster/schedules and submits them to Guard Supervisor.
Prepares the monthly attendance reports and submits them to Guard Supervisor as required.
Prepare the guard’s monthly overtime and submit it to Guard Supervisor.
Assists the Guard Supervisor in drafting annual Performance Appraisal Reports.
Provides timely and accurate updates pertaining to safety, access, security, and risks.
Provides the appropriate response to support staff in the event of a safety, access, and/or security-related incident.
Conducts periodic health, safety, fire safety, security equipment inspections, first aid, and communications equipment, etc along with Safety and Access Unit staff and ensures the asset inventory is updated.
Monitor CCTV inside and outside of office compound and report suspicious activity on spot to the supervisor.
Establish and maintain liaison with the local security authorities.

Attends to Humana Resources, appraisal reporting, attendance, and overtime concerns. 
Conducts periodic health and safety, fire safety, severity equipment inspections, fire prevention, first aid and communications equipment etc.  And ensures the asset inventory therein are in order and updated. 
Conducts quarterly inspections of SCAs Physical Protection Systems, i.e., physical, technical/logical and procedures measures. 
Develops and maintains a strong information network with likeminded actors and organizations from which reliable information pertaining to safety, access, security, and risks can be obtained. 
Establish and maintains liaison with the local security authorities. 
In close coordination with his/her counterpart at SCAs management office assist in maintaining physical integrity of the residential facility. 
Leads in-house capacity building awareness trainings and drills in line with SCAs Annual Work Plan and SCAs Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Ccontingencyy Plans. 
Monitors all aspects of Manned Guarding SOPs to ensure compliance.

Supervising the CCTV operations and their shifts
Security CCTV Senior officer/supervisor is responsible to report any technical issues, miss recording ,disconnection of cameras, downing camera server on the spot to the security manager
Perform control room daily operations with high efficiency
Monitoring CCTV during the shift and report any suspicious activity to line manager
Respond promptly to the radio checks, made by the security staff and keep accurate records of all communication
Monitor inside and outside parking vehicles and staff movements via CCTV security cameras
Manage the main switchboard, answer all the call courteously and direct them to the right department promptly and courteously.
