I have a diploma in business administration and management, have also trained with Kenya private sector alliance in core business skills and life skills. Am currently working with the The Karen hospital and previously worked with Gertrude Children's Hospital as front office admin doing the following; customer data registration, insurance verifications,billing and cashiering, Switchboard telephone operation, customer service, preparing customer experience feedback reports, handling phone calls and also handling customer inquiries .I also have previous experience working in pizza inn as a receptionist and cashier.The attached is my CV and copies of my documents thank.
