About Me
Mary Machuki are my names, I am 32 years old and a mother. I have over 5 years experience in the customer service and administration department. I’ve worked in various customer service roles throughout my career, from hospitality to healthcare. I’ve developed excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and I’m excited to bring these skills to a new role in a different industry. Throughout my customer service career, I’ve learned how to effectively communicate with people from all walks of life. This has helped me to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike, and I’m excited to continue this approach in a new role in your organization believing i meet the requirements and expertise you need.
I’m passionate about customer advocacy and have experience developing customer feedback programs and implementing changes based on customer feedback. In my last role, I was able to improve customer satisfaction rates by a good margin. I’m excited to bring this customer-centric approach to a new company. I’m able to empathize with customers and use their feedback to improve products and services.
