About Me
I am a results-oriented Community Development and Programme Management professional with experience in project implementation, youth and community engagement, stakeholder coordination, advocacy, monitoring and evaluation, research, and communications within development and civil society settings. I have worked with organisations and initiatives including ILC Africa, USAID, Vi Agroforestry and PlanMaps Ltd, supporting community-centred programmes, gender justice, youth participation, environmental and climate-related initiatives, data collection, reporting, and knowledge management.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Community Development, a Diploma in Business Management, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management. I am also pursuing a Master’s degree in Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights and Policy at Amref International University, strengthening my understanding of SRHR, youth empowerment, gender equality, policy and rights-based programming.
I bring strong skills in programme coordination, youth mobilisation, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, advocacy, research, M&E, data management, report writing, communication, and partnership development. I am passionate about youth-led development, social justice, inclusion, and creating meaningful opportunities for young people to participate in decisions affecting their lives.
