My tool of trade is Quick Books Premier and online, I have demonstrated expertise entering transactions, categorizing them correctly, making adjusting journal entries including for intercompany transactions. Experience with using classes and multiple currency functions in Quick Books.
Extensive experience with inventory and cost of goods sold accounting including item lists and assemblies.
High levels of fluency in Excel and Word and preferably Power Point
Demonstrated experience with complex budgets and forecasts prepared in Excel and daily and monthly monitoring of actual vs. budget.
Experience with Point of Sales systems and retail store financials
Creating and implementing policies and procedures particularly in regard to controls of cash expenditures and controlling capital expenditures against budget to ensure sufficient records are kept and they do not exceed budget
