At Vergenoegd Lรถw Boutique Hotel & Spa and Babylonstoren, I've led operations and training that transformed how teams think about service: moving from compliance to genuine ownership, and from inconsistency to measurable excellence. My approach combines the strategic clarity of an operator with the people instinct of a seasoned trainer. I know how to read a team, identify what's holding them back, and build the systems and confidence to move them forward.
What sets me apart is that I work at both ends of the spectrum. I can walk into a boardroom and present a service recovery framework, then spend the afternoon on the floor coaching a junior team member through their first difficult guest interaction. That range, strategic and hands-on, structured yet adaptable, is where I do my best work.
