A goal-driven and outstanding head of operations professional excelling in overseeing operations management functions. My track record involves successfully employing best practices that improve efficiency, reduces operating costs while increasing performance. My leadership skills have seen me grow in my career; I therefore bring on board the following expertise: operations management, leadership and supervision, Strategic thinking, and the ability to work in a multi-ethnic and Multicultural environment. Highlights of my experience include; supervising and controlling Ethanol Fuel and cooker distribution operations, managing the Transportation of Medical and non-medical supplies for Health and Nutrition projects in Jonglei South-Sudan, overseeing the importation and deliveries of equipment for a Windfarm project, managing port operations as well as providing technical expertise for transport and logistics management. Moreover, I am a visionary leader and a capable change-agent who consistently refines and revitalizes sales strategies, initiates change, and facilitates solutions-driven team collaboration. Given my vast experience in managing operations and logistics, I am seeking a position where I can lead teams to help improve organizational effectiveness.
