⦁ System Administration: performing critical duties across various
financial and banking systems, focusing on Finacle Core Banking
Solution and others like Finacle Treasury, Chequepoint, KPrinter,
Eastnets AML (Filtering and Profiling), FIS Intellimatch, Custody
Moneyware, and regular maintenance of banking systems.
⦁ Key technical lead for migration of payments systems to ISO 20022 –
led the migration of payment systems to ISO 20022 standards in
October 2024, ensuring compliance, testing, troubleshooting, and
customization.
⦁ Daily EOD and BOD Services: To execute all Daily COB(Close
ofBusiness) activities performed in Finacle Core Banking,
FinacleTreasury, and Vision.
⦁ Key technical lead for Finacle Core Banking Solution and Finacle
Treasury upgrade from version 10 to version 11x –orchestrating the
successful upgrade of the Finacle Core Banking Solution from version
10 to version 11x, a significant milestone for the organization, as well
as managing the project, collaborating with stakeholders, and
optimizing technical aspects.
⦁ Process improvement: continuous process improvement for
elimination of repetitive tasks with high accuracy with bash and batch
scripts and testing, error detection and handling, with significant time
and cost savings.
⦁ Incidents Management: Provided L2 support for several systemslike
Finacle Core Banking, Finacle Treasury, CTS system, VisionSupport, and
FIS Intellimatch System and raised to support vendors.
⦁ Problem Management: Escalated all L3 tickets to vendors and
3rdParty support, and engaged with them continuously to get the
rootcause of the problems.
⦁ Designing and Creating Reports: Designed and implementedseveral
reports using Jasper and Cristal reports.
⦁ Disaster Recovery: Conducted DR Drills for various system supported
likeFinacle Core, Treasury, CTS and RDC, Eastnest Profiling and
Filtering andVision and MDM.
⦁ Data Extraction: Extracted data as per requirements using SQL
comandsand View creation on Oracle DBs and Ms SQL.
⦁ Monitoring systems: Daily and routine checks of system health and
serverhealth for Core Banking servers and Databases.
⦁ Development and Scripting: Dveeloped simple APIs for Finacle
CoreBanking system using Fiorano and made several scripts for
varioussystems.
⦁ Backups and Recovery: Conducted daily backups of all systems
andtransferred them to safer storage environments like Tape Libraries
and Nimble storage.
⦁ Provided comprehensive training to users on new applications and
features, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
