Duties and responsibilities
• Making interview reports and schedule.
• Recruitment and onboarding
• Employee orientation
• Conducting post-employment checks for employees.
• Drafting employment contracts
• Making employees tags and badges
• Verifications of employee licenses
• Calling shortlisted candidates for an interview
• Updating of employees’ staff list
• Opening file for new employees
• Drafting recommendations letter for employees
• Sending confirmation email to shortlisted candidates
• Performing reference check for news employees.
• Performing verification checks for new employees.
• Performing post-employment checks for new employees.
• Assist in drafting and posting job adverts for open positions.
• Helping with coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates during the recruitment process.
• Assist in preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation for new hires.
• Employee Records & Documentation:
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements including data protection.
• Prepare contracts, letters, and HR documentation as needed.
• Track employee attendance, time off, and other HR metrics.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, facilitating positive employee experiences during onboarding and offboarding.
• Provide strategic HR support for organizational goals.
• Present HR-related reports and analytics to management.
• Conducting exit interview for employees
• Performing any related duties such as filing and e-filing of documents.
