My name is Kanyi Mwaura, and I hold a BSc in Environmental Science. With a diverse background in the F&B and FMCG industries, including roles such as supervisor, data entry clerk/analyst, control officer, customer experience/branch manager, and retail management, I believe I bring a unique combination of skills and experience that would be a valuable asset to your team.
In my previous roles, I have developed strong organizational and multitasking abilities. My experience as a data entry clerk and analyst honed my attention to detail and accuracy in managing information. As a branch manager and customer experience manager, I have successfully led teams, managed schedules, and implemented efficient processes to enhance customer satisfaction. These experiences have equipped me with a solid foundation in administrative tasks, including data management, communication, and problem-solving.
