About Me
As a security supervisor at Crown Paints (K) Plc, I proactively implement security strategies to protect the company, its employees, and assets. I develop, implement, and maintain innovative risk-based security programs, processes, and protocols that reduce exposure and enable timely, effective response to security and safety incidents when they do occur. I oversee the loss prevention, physical security, and safety of employees and all assets in coast region, which extend to factory, supply chain logistics, and commercial operations in support of a coastal region customer base.
With a Bachelor of Science in Project Planning and Management from Moi University and a Certificate in Security management from Kenya Institute of Security and Criminal Justice, I have a strong background in security projects management and proven ability in internal audits, security risk management, leading and managing internal and outsourced security personnel, and using the latest robust security systems within security budgets. I am passionate about ensuring the security and well-being of staff and organizations, and I strive to continuously improve my skills and knowledge in this field.
