About Me
I have a bachelor's degree in Criminology and relevant experience from attachment at probation office and my volunteer work at Compassion International. I am enthusiastic about serving the community.
During my attachment at the probation office in 2019, I gained hands-on experience in project coordination, case management and stakeholder engagement. This role honed my ability to manage diverse tasks efficiently and adhere to strict deadlines while ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. My involvement in these activities has strengthened my organizational and communication skills, which I believe are critical.
Furthermore, my volunteer experience with Compassion International from November 2022 for six months has equipped me with practical skills in project management, data analysis and community outreach. I worked closely with various teams to implement initiatives, monitor progress and evaluate outcomes, all while maintaining a client-focused approach. I have experience of data collection using smartphone and even through use of computer. Also worked with cash transfer program as data collector/enumerator.
In addition to my academic background and practical experience, I can bring a strong commitment to making a positive impact and an ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. My understanding of Coordination dynamics, coupled with my dedication and proactive attitude, positions me as a strong candidate.
