About Me
My name is Jesna Dileep and I am from India. I hold a post-graduate degree in MA English from Bharathiar University. I began my career as an Admin at Intellyze Innovations Private Limited and later became Office Manager and HR Assistant. After five years, I moved to the UAE and joined Coach Skills Training, where I manage office operations and client relations.
I managed high Calls, Emails, scheduled meetings, greeted visitors, and handled administrative tasks with professionalism and attention to detail. I am confident in my ability to support daily operations and uphold confidentiality and company policies. My responsibilities include managing Zoho CRM, supporting the finance team with petty cash, invoices, and purchasing, and handling internal and external communications. I also assist with marketing efforts, including social media and promotional content using Canva.
