I am customer service enthusiast. I have worked for over two years sharpening my skills hands on,testing them out and affirming them on communication skills, empathy and prompt service delivery.
I am flexible in working under different shifts and leaders, operating with different CRMs inclusive of freshdesk, MKOPA net Knox guard just to mention some.
I am self driven diligent and keen to detail, empathetic, patient and enthusiastic about customer service. I am target oriented yet with a keen interest n the process thereof.
