About Me
Construction office agent with responsibilities ranging from preparing bid document, preparation of
bill of quantities of works; civil-building bill of quantities, mobilization schedule of equipment and
labour force, site inspection regarding works quoted and works to be done, facilitation of works with
records and reports and lastly facilitation of completion certificate.
Having a Construction Engineering Management and Architectural background, I am the company
Construction Architect and Manager in the self-imposed company projects, ranging from large-scale
projects, i.e.; hotel and flats (design and construction) to various flats to small-scale projects
including bungalows.
Working with land surveyors, and geomatics engineers to facilitate surveying, mostly road mapping,
road level point take, and generation of road profile with drainage.
Also locating plots from the county surveyor's office maps.
Usage of GIS system mapping and beacon mapping for ‘shambas’ and access roads.
