• Handling entire payment processes such as cash , and cheques.and e payments

• Involved in the decision-making process with the team subordinates and management.
• Setting up KPIs for the team and driving them to achieve the set targets.
• I am standardizing processes to exceed expectations on levels of accuracy and process improvements.
• Intermediate between the managers and team subordinates.
• Works on special projects (TAS)
• Handling interring payment certificates (IPC)
