About Me
As a customer service representative at Nationwide Medical, Inc., I provide quality support and service to customers who need durable medical equipment. I handle inquiries, orders, deliveries, and payments, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. I also collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote the company's products and services, and to provide feedback and insights from the customers' perspective.
I graduated from Faculty Commerce English Section with a bachelor's degree in accounting and business management in Jul 2022. During my studies, I developed strong communication and presentation skills, as well as time management and self-motivation. I also gained valuable experience in digital marketing and social media management, working as a seller and marketer for clothes Shop and DEER.SALE & MARKETING. Also I participated in the European union simulation model, where I represented the president of the council of the European union, honing my leadership and negotiation skills. My goal is to leverage my education and experience to pursue a career in marketing and customer service, where I can contribute to the success of the organization and the satisfaction of the customers.
