I am an experienced supply chain management trainee and finance-support professional (Finance Assistant — PZ Cussons East Africa) with 2+ years delivering accurate stocks control, financial controls, ERP-based reporting, and cross functional coordination. I am applying for this role because my background aligns with the governance, reporting and stakeholder-management responsibilities the role requires.
At my current role I support payables/receivables and finance in general, maintain transaction accuracy, prepare management reports and manage records and compliance processes—improving reconciliation turnaround and reduce errors through disciplined documentation and process checks. I routinely coordinate across finance, procurement and operations teams to track deliverables and manage escalation, and I am proficient in Excel and ERP systems for reliable program reporting.
I hold a Diploma in Supply Chain Management and a Certificate in Computer Application Packages. I am organized, detailed oriented, deadline-driven and motivated to apply my process, reporting and coordination strengths to ensure successful program delivery to the team.
