I am a candidate with extensive experience in the security and telecommunications industries, having
served in a disciplined force for five years, where I received a positive discharge certificate. I have also
accumulated significant experience in the private sector, where I am currently employed, bringing nearly
equal tenure in this field.
I am well-versed in IT-related tasks, including software installation, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and
repairs of laptops, computers, and printers. My expertise extends to networking, managing IP and DNS,
and configuring wireless devices. This experience includes managing and monitoring network
infrastructure performance, providing network performance statistics and reports, and developing
strategies for optimizing network performance.
With over 7 years of experience working in a busy control room, I was responsible for tracking alarm
vehicles, monitoring and responding to alarms, conducting CCTV surveillance, installing alarm systems,
and overseeing the deployment of security guards. I also played a key role at the National
Communication Center, where I managed the flow of information and ensured it reached the
appropriate recipients. My involvement in management has included acting as an advisory body to the
directors.
