Conduct regular site visits to ensure work quality meets engineering and community standards. Implement mitigation strategies for challenges like vandalism, flooding, or access constraints in slum areas. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain up-to-date project documentation including work plans, M&E data, and procurement records. Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly reports highlighting progress, impact, and challenges. Produce case studies or success stories that demonstrate community impact and innovation. Capacity Building: Train community members and local stakeholders on water governance, sanitation maintenance, and sustainability practices.
