I have 3 years cumulative experience in customer care where I have handled customer queries, addressed the queries raised in the CRM platforms,assisted clients fill out forms,assisted clients in applying for loans,inputting the data into the loan processing system,responding to emails and ensured daily report delivery to my supervisors. Additionally, I handled clients calmly and with great composure incase of arising tension.
