Duties and responsibilities
• Receiving and Reservation of Materials
• Issuing Stock
• Posting of supplier’s invoices to system after receiving and confirming the supplied items.
• Stock taking of all the store materials.
• Ordering of Materials
• Doing daily reconciliation and request for addition stock.
• Processing of Farmers Monthly payments
• Processing and printing of farmer’s monthly payment slips and dispatching the printed slips to various tea buying centers.
