About Me
I am a Tech-enthusiast, events manager, and a service engineer (MIS/IT). I have a career in IT spanning over 10 years, starting as an ICT Support Technician, ICT Lead. IT Support Associate to reach the position of Senior Systems Support Associate. Every other day, I am looking after installing, configuring, deploying, repairing, and supporting PC’s, Servers, laptops, printers (all variants) networking equipment, and application software (wide variety). I also maintain user accounts, mail distribution lists/groups, system security, and cyber security (anti-virus and firewall implementation.) I equally monitor information systems and troubleshoot systems, perform back-up, coordinate data collection, and secure storage (backups).
On a normal day, I am tasked with maintaining ICT equipment, offering the best advice on acquiring software and hardware, designing and producing reports, ensuring the smooth operation of ICT services by safeguarding the integrity, availability, and security of ICT services including, taking part in formulating and implementing ICT policies.
