Through that period, some of my responsibilities included: customer care services, shelving, cataloguing, classification, scanning, barcoding, user education and information retrieval.

Furthermore, my strong communication skills allow me to collaborate effectively with team members and liaise with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of information.
