About Me
I hold a degree in procurement and logistics management, as well as a certificate in Digital Customer Service. I am a highly flexible professional, and I seek to learn new things everyday.
I have been in the customer service space for 2 years 10 Months now, and this has really sharpened my communication skills, interpersonal skills, and leadership skills. Being in a managerial position right now as a Quality Analyst, I have learnt to different between when I need to enforce leadership, and when to enforce management.
I am confident I have great leadership and management skills, having done this for one year. I am confident I can take up new roles and excel.
