About Me
I am a dedicated Environmental Science professional with a Bachelor of Environmental Science (Second Class Upper Division) from Kenyatta University, and hands-on experience in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), sustainability compliance, and operational safety management. I bring a strong combination of environmental expertise and practical site-level leadership gained from working in warehouse and industrial environments in Nairobi.
In my role as an Environmental Impact Assessment Expert with Forest Action Network, I conducted comprehensive EIAs, ensured compliance with environmental laws and standards, facilitated public consultations, and advised on sustainable mitigation strategies. I collaborated closely with project planners to integrate environmental considerations at early stages of development and continuously monitored project activities to ensure regulatory compliance.
Currently serving in leadership roles within warehouse operations at LDC Nairobi through Workforce Africa, I chair weekly safety meetings, enforce occupational health and safety standards, monitor compliance, prepare operational reports, and oversee incident reporting. My experience supervising labor teams, enforcing policy, and promoting workplace safety has strengthened my ability to implement environmental and sustainability standards in operational settings.
I am passionate about sustainable development, regulatory compliance, environmental risk management, and continuous improvement. I combine analytical skills, operational reporting expertise, and team leadership abilities to support organizations in achieving their environmental and sustainability goals while maintaining efficiency and regulatory adherence.
