About Me
I am a self-motivated individual passionate about the people's side of the business. C, I have mastered different arts of management where I have conducted a number of recruitment exercises and delivered the best candidates to both the organization and our clients. Having analytical skills has been crucial and I have been able to measure outcomes and report on key HR matters within the required time. Effective communication has helped me to work well with people and get to understand their opinion and gain feedback, this has helped me to know areas that needed improvement. I intentionally take time to build my HR knowledge and skills by attending different online training sessions to learn and gain a better grounding in the profession. My current job has allowed me to master how to conduct performance management, training, employee records management, leave management, and handling disciplinary and grievance issues guided by a good knowledge of labor laws
