About Me
I am a CCNA-certified Computer Science student awaiting graduation from Meru University of Science and Technology, and a member of the Internet Society (ISOC). I currently provide first-line ICT support at Kiambu Road Junior High School, where I diagnose hardware, software and network faults, keep equipment records and guide users clearly and patiently. I have built hands-on skills in networking, Windows and Linux, and information security, including system hardening and authentication log monitoring. I take confidentiality seriously, work accurately and respond quickly when problems arise. I am looking for an ICT Assistant role in a regulated financial environment, where I can grow my skills in Microsoft 365, backup and recovery, and core banking systems while supporting a dependable ICT service.
