About Me
Currently, I have 13 years of experience, including close to 7 years in the UAE and 3 years in banking (ICICI BANK). I manage a branch of consultants, handling everything from hiring and training to budgeting according to the matrix organizational structure. I also manage client relationships for operations and documentation.
The job duties mentioned for this position match my previous and current experience. Furthermore, I have acquired detailed HR knowledge by completing CPD HR certifications (CHRP and CHRM) with labour law which is an additional benefit to my experience.
