.I am 35 years old , hold a diploma in hotel and catering management and am I.E.L.T.S. certified. I have been working in the hotel food and beverage department for over 10 years now.
Am currently on vacation after completing a 1 year contract with P&O Cruises under Carnival UK. I Possess experience in related kitchen and galley environments locally and internationally and with adaptable qualities to handle a tight shift under pressure, a quick and flexible learner of consistent high standards, cost conscious and an eye for detail.
