Apoorva is a Manager - Sales Planning at Tata Steel, India’s largest steel manufacturer, where she is responsible for strategic planning, sales optimization, forecasting, market research, and client relationship management. Through her efforts in data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration, Apoorva has consistently delivered exceptional results, including achieving record-breaking monthly sales milestones in Dec'23, Jun'24, and Jan'25. Her ability to align production with market trends and optimize supply chains has enabled her to address client needs effectively and drive business growth.
With over 4 years of professional experience, Apoorva has built a strong foundation in strategy, marketing, business development, and client relationship management. Her adaptability and quick learning have allowed her to excel in diverse industries, as demonstrated by her rise as a top performer in the steel industry despite entering the field without prior experience. Before Tata Steel, she honed her skills in client relationship management and marketing at CoCubes and UpAmp Business Solutions, where she successfully built long-term client relationships and delivered tailored solutions to address customer challenges.
Apoorva holds an MBA from IIM Shillong, where she developed a comprehensive understanding of business strategy, marketing, and operations. She also earned a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the College of Engineering Roorkee. Beyond her corporate expertise, Apoorva has a creative edge, holding professional art certifications from institutions in India and Italy. Her artwork has been featured in national and international exhibitions, earning her prestigious honors such as the Kala Anant Award and recognition as a runner-up at Art Battle Firenze in Italy.
Outside of work, Apoorva is passionate about the arts, including sketching, painting, sculpting, and digital art. She also enjoys cooking and traveling.
