I can effectively communicate with different clients from different backgrounds and make everyone feel comfortable. I also posses strong writing skills.

I love to prioritize customers or rather clients satisfaction and feelings and actively listen and find tailored solutions for each individual customer.

I am well able to analyze customers concerns and also come up with solutions.

I am able to thrive in high paced dynamic environments. I can be able to accomodate different customer preferences and changing circumstances and also learn new technologies or equipment introduced to the organisation.

I am able to remain calm and patient in challenging customer situations. I try to listen actively and put myself into the customers shoes and address their concerns and find mutually beneficial solutions for both the company and the client.
I posses Leadership Skills:
In my former job i was in charge of a team of 3 lectures and 3 staff members. I was able to coordinate them and motivate them and also foster a positive work environment for everyone .
