I have managed high-volume employee onboarding, HR documentation, employee relations, HR reporting, and cross-functional coordination in fast-paced organizations. I have also worked extensively with HRMS/ATS platforms and contributed to process automation and HR technology initiatives.
I am currently transitioning my HR experience into the UAE market, with a strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and a keen interest in building hands-on expertise in UAE HR operations and compliance.
